Keep in mind that this plan will only work if the item you want to buy is already in stock at your local Best Buy. Best Buy also lets you pick up your order at FedEx, UPS, CVS, Walgreens, Michaels, and even Advance Auto Parts. Just pick one when you check out.

9. You won't have to rush to go shopping after Thanksgiving—Best Buy There are no Thanksgiving hours.

12. The Best Buy Price Match Guarantee lets you get the best deal until the middle of January.

As part of its Price Match Guarantee, Best Buy will match the prices of competitors and also change its own prices to match those of competitors. If you're not a My Best Buy member, you have 15 days from the date you bought most items to return or exchange them. This is when the guarantee usually works. This rule gets a lot stronger during the holidays, though.

Last year, you could return anything you bought between October 24 and December 31 (unless it was on the list of things that couldn't be returned) until January 14, 2023. On the first day of Black Friday, you could shop at Best Buy and get all of your holiday gifts. Then, until mid-January, you could wait for the price to drop. The policy doesn't cover any days between the Friday before Thanksgiving and the Monday after Thanksgiving.

Should the price of an item go down, if you're a member of My Best Buy or the Best Buy Totaltech program, you'll get your money back right away. We're excited to see what the return policy is for the 2023 holiday season, but don't think it will change a lot.
